The credit card provided for the booking will be pre-authorised for the full amount of damage deposit, alternatively a damage deposit in cash may be accepted. Damage deposit may be raised on occasion and access to the property may be refused on a non-refundable cancellation basis if the guest is unable to comply with the policies.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms. Failure to comply may result in fines and extra charges.

- Saturday to Sunday: 10:00 to 15:00
Standard check-in hours:
- Monday to Friday: 15:00 to 18:00.
- Saturday to Sunday: 13:00 to 15:00.

一輛自高雄往北上行駛的阿羅哈客運，昨（11）日晚間近12點間，行經國道中山高岡山路段時，疑為閃避前方車輛發生自撞護欄意外，造成車上乘客及司機6死11傷。對此，阿囉哈客運今（12）日發表聲明，表示將會負擔傷者後續醫療費用，並處理死亡賠償給付，必定會負起全部責任。
對於昨晚發生的重大車禍意外，阿羅哈客運表示，在事故發生的第一時間，公司立刻出動「重大意外處理小組」前往車禍現場協助，將傷者送往醫院及聯繫死者家屬，目前先給予受傷乘客兩千元的壓驚金（紅包）及死者家屬的10萬元慰問金，並將全權負擔傷者後續醫療費用及死者的死亡賠償給付，現已派人前往協助家屬後續處理與協調。
阿羅哈客運經理研企部阮福生指出，發生事故的車輛車齡約6年，最近一次保養是在9月初，過程中並沒有發現任何異狀，該名駕駛有超過10年的駕駛經驗，過去也沒有任何違規肇事紀錄。
另外，每輛車出車後皆會播放宣導影片，提醒乘客要繫上安全帶，卻沒想到意外就在10分鐘後左右後發生。而根據駕駛說法，客運公司表示不排除為閃避車輛造成意外，但詳細原因仍待檢警深入調查釐清，公司也將會全力配合。
